Certified copies of a Gibraltar marriage certificate are issued only by the Gibraltar Registrar's Office. We are not that office and cannot issue a certificate ourselves; we submit the correct request on your behalf, with the right reference details, so there's no back-and-forth over a missing entry number.

Most couples ask for one or two certified copies at the time of their ceremony and then discover, months later, that a bank in their home country wants an original for a name change, or an embassy needs one to update a passport, or a pension or insurance provider will only accept a certified copy rather than a photocopy. Ordering a fresh certified copy afterwards is entirely routine, but it does require the correct reference details from your original registration, and it has to go through the Gibraltar Registrar's Office rather than being reprinted informally.
