Every apartment we list is managed by us directly. We know the building, the neighbours, the parking, and whether the sun hits the terrace in the morning or the evening. When something breaks at 8pm — and occasionally something does — you call a local number and a person you have already met picks up.

Because we manage it and we take the photos. If anything is different from the listing when you arrive, tell us and we fix it or move you — that is a promise a platform cannot make for you.
